Ivan Golubic

Twenty years of Corporate Development, Strategy and Finance experience in Fortune 500 companies. Most recently, Ivan led Goodyear’s global Corporate Development team, completing record number of acquisition, joint ventures, and strategic partnership transactions. Prior to his tenure at Goodyear, Ivan held number of finance and M&A roles in Whirlpool, Deloitte, and Ford. Ivan earned his MBA at SDA Bocconi Graduate School of Management in Milan, Italy and holds BBA in Finance from Andrews University, Berrien Springs, MI. Native of Croatia, Ivan also lived in Cleveland, Sao Paulo, Madrid, Chicago and New York. He currently resides in Scottsdale.

Peter Weyrens

Peter began his education at Dartmouth College. Following graduation, he joined the Technology Strategy team at Booz Allen Hamilton. While there, he worked with various organizations to assist in the evaluation of technology investments. Subsequently, he attended Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Peter continued his experience in the investment banking division within Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He lived in New York and Sydney, Australia, acquiring experiences across the broad Industrials and M&A landscapes. Peter currently resides in Denver.

Robert Merlotti

Robert is a management consultant with over 20 years of experience in corporate growth strategy, M&A, and business/operational process improvement. He has delivered and managed growth strategy projects, and early- and late-cycle M&A engagements for financial and strategic clients – including mid-market PE firms – with Deloitte Consulting, Oliver Wyman, and Frost & Sullivan. Prior to management consulting, Robert held positions in product engineering, program management, operational finance, and corporate strategy/development for companies in the automotive and energy industries. Robert has a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Wayne State and an M.B.A from the Ross School of Business.
